The chili oil used in Soul-Stirring Noodles is made from dozens of traditional Chinese Medicines, which are stir-fried every five minutes to stew out the spicy and numbing flavor of natural chili peppers. It is then slowly boiled for a dozen of hours. After boiling, the upper essence is filtered, leaving only about 10%. The cost of each drop of ecstasy chili oil is 15-20 times higher than the cost of chili oil in the market. With just one drop of chili oil, you can feel the layered aroma.

Cooking Instructions
1. Put the noodles into 2 ½ Cups of boiling water to cook for 4-5 minutes.
2. Cook the noodles to the texture of your like and drain the water.
3. Add the sauce into the bowl. If you feel the noodles are too dry, add a bit of boiled water and mix well.
4. According to your preference, you can add chopped green onions, vegetable, or egg.
